This 45 minute coaching session will introduce you to Sport Coach Jen so you can discuss what issues you have and work toward implementing new modalities to help heal and correct. Traditional gym environments are not conducive to addressing individual issues with back and joint pain. I can provide you with a recommended exercise plan to encourage back and joint health.
