At the end of the coaching partnership (from 6 to 10 hours), the coachee should have identified many of her personal strengths and should have started to work on the actions that would help her achieve personal objectives.
With the help of personality and/or positive psychology tools, the coachee will be able to gain a better knowledge of personal preferences and behavioral tendencies, thus she will understand what areas will require a higher investment of energy or what valuable personality traits are being underused.
Gaining a deep understanding of self and working on the personal strengths represent a great start on the path for a leadership status.
There are moments in life when you know you have to do something but you don't know what it is. There are moments when you feel you need to stop but you don't know how to say no. There are moments when you feel you struggle to be more visible at work or you feel like the position you riveted is slipping through your fingers. Well, this is the moment when a coach like me can step in and accompany you through the struggle. A coach will not tell you what to do, but will help you find your own resources, will help you unravel your own strengths in order to achieve your goals.
I have spent more than 16 years in big companies as a Learning and Development Expert. I had ascending roles, always moving to the next career level. I managed processes, I developed procedures, I successfully faced audits. But never in my working life have I gone through more rewarding experiences than when working directly with people, accompanying them to reach their goals and achieve their dreams.
