What are the main problems you have with your work/life balance?

Is it that home is always encroaching on your work? Or, is it that you always bring work home?

And yes that is not really the standard definition of 'work/life' balance.

How many times during your day though, do you notice your mind not fully focused on where you are and what you are doing?

It may be that you are at work and you are thinking about what you are supposed to do for your partner.

You may be at home and your mind is thinking about the meeting you have tomorrow morning.
