Airtable is a robust (and free!) database tool that can help you manage everything in your business from client contact info and sales records to marketing plans and inventory. I discovered it a few years ago when I was looking for a more user-friendly alternative MS Access to manage large mailing databases. It's web-based and easy to share, so the whole team can use it and you can easily share tables with clients. The customization options are amazing and the user interface is easy to use. Plus, there are lots of great free templates to help you get started. I use Airtable for managing client info, managing projects, and developing social media and marketing plans.
