Group size is limited to six members which allows one-to-one hotseat coaching and group coaching. Group members have access to coach via email and text between sessions.

3 PART PROGRAM: We meet online monthly twice per month for six ninety minute sessions.

Session topics:

Part 1 - CVI Review/Vision. Gain insight into your core values. Craft your personal vision statement in alignment with your core values.

Part 2 - Design your strategic plan (career and personal) with SMART goals to pave your way to the future of your dreams.

Start implementing change. Address and remove obstacles.

Part 3 - Identify and create the new habits and systems that will support yourself personally and professionally.
