When we want to improve our physical fitness we engage in some sort of physical exercise. We lift weights, work on our stamina etc...How about when it comes to our mental fitness? What do we do to improve our mental fitness and how is increased mental fitness measured?

During this 6 week program we offer you the opportunity learn more about positive intelligence, identify your saboteurs and intercept them. You will also learn more about your sage powers: explore, innovate, empathize, navigate and activate. You will build your "PQ muscle" so it gets stronger and enables you to tackle challenges with a more positive mindset.

Weekly meeting with pod discussion group (or one to one with a coach if taken individually)
