Emilie Verbinnen studied Arts and got her Baccalauréat in Fine Arts (French high school diploma). She graduated in hotel management and worked in luxurious hotels as a head housekeeper, as well Maître d’hôtel in prestigious French restaurants.
She came back later to Arts by obtaining her associate degree in Graphic design and has worked in this field for 7 years.
French native expatriated since 2012, Emilie returned to her studies in interior design, in San Francisco and specializes in color theory and the art of mixing styles.
Always passionate about interior design, Emilie created her blog EYM Design in 2013 and shows through it, how her creativity and renovation knowledge from Europe & the US can make your home sublime.
In 2016, she created her company EYM Design and started to work as an interior designer for different residential projects in San Francisco Bay area and Seattle.
Above all, she was hired to remodel a historical hotel in Cusco for a year, managing workers and artists through all the renovation and succeeded by giving a second life to this hotel which became subsequently became better renowned.
